2019 DBAA ECONOMIC AND PROGRAM IMPACT SURVEY
The DBAA Economic and Program Impact Survey is designed to aggregate the economic and programmatic reach of our members for use in advocacy contexts, including requests for information from civic and government agencies as well as efforts to educate key stakeholders and the public about the scale, scope, and impact of our work.
While reported information will acknowledge the range of budget/staff sizes in the survey sample, we will not attribute specific information about your organization unless you give permission.
Questions are designed to provide a snapshot of our collective work and impact. Please answer questions as best you can; the numbers you use in marketing materials or funding applications are most appropriate. A text box is provided at the end of the survey if you wish to provide additional detail or contextualize your responses.
Informed estimates are fine. For example, an estimated percentage of Brooklyn residents participating in large-scale programs is sufficient. If you do not have data or the question is not applicable, feel free to skip it.
Please contact Beth Allen (firstname.lastname@example.org) with questions.

Enter whole numbers only - the form will not accept commas, periods, or dollar signs.
