Contact List Overview
Email is the primary method used to communicate with and between DBAA members. Events and activities are announced through a monthly newsletter as well as through periodic invites and announcements distributed through segmented mailing lists that currently include:
Emerging Leaders News/Events
General Listserv – a private DBAA forum to circulate job listings and other offers, pose questions, seek advice, etc. Members are requested to refrain from directly advertising to this group.
Facilities Listserv – offers a dedicated forum to communicate with facilities contacts at member organizations.
Each DBAA Member organization may designate two primary contacts and up to five additional contacts to receive DBAA emails.
- All contact information shared with DBAA will be used for communications within the group. Information will not be shared with external parties without permission.
- DBAA newsletters, invites, and announcements may be shared with your staff at your discretion. Unless otherwise specified, all staff at member organizations are welcome to attend events, participate in surveys, etc.
- Mailing lists will be updated on a monthly basis (more often, as possible).
At least one Primary Contact must be authorized to vote on behalf of your organization. Primary contact(s) will receive invoices and other official notices about your organization's membership and be added to all distribution lists.
Up to 5 additional contacts may be added to mailing lists and listservs.
