HOW TO JOIN
Membership is open to all non-profit cultural organizations based in or providing services to Downtown Brooklyn.
Types of Membership
Program Council Members:
Non-profit arts organizations that operate a venue or are developing one in Downtown Brooklyn, or who do a major part of their programming in Downtown Brooklyn.
Program Council Members attend bi-monthly meetings and semi-annual All-Member meetings, initiate new projects, vote on composition of a Steering Committee, as well as new Program Council Members. Program Council Members are invited to attend professional development and social events throughout the year.
Other non-profit arts organizations located in Downtown Brooklyn, or those eligible to be Program Council Members who elect to be Affiliate Members. Affiliate Members attend All-Member Meetings, and elect two representatives to the Program Council. Affiliates are invited to attend professional development and social events throughout the year.

- Budgets under $8 million: $1500
- Budgets over $500K: $450
- Budgets $250K -$500K: $350
